Because the vast majority of our products—including custom sports uniforms, varsity jackets, hoodies, and activewear—are custom-made to order with unique branding, colors, logos, and specifications, we maintain a clear and fair policy regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.

General Overview

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Since items are custom-manufactured based on client-approved mockups, sizes, and designs, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, or subjective preferences once production has begun.

  • Standard / Stock Items: For any non-customized stock items, return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an order that falls under any of the following categories, you are eligible for a replacement, correction, or partial/full refund:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Severe structural flaws in stitching, fabric tears, or malfunctioning hardware (e.g., broken zippers on varsity or bubble jackets).

  • Incorrect Execution: Items delivered that materially differ from the approved design mockup (e.g., wrong team colors, incorrect spelling of custom names/numbers applied by us, or wrong materials used).

  • Damaged in Transit: Packages that arrive with significant external damage affecting the safety or usability of the apparel inside.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Errors in sizing or player names/numbers provided directly by the customer in the final approved tech pack or order sheet.

  • Minor color variations due to digital screen differences versus physical fabric output.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.

  • Custom orders where a digital proof or pre-production sample was formally approved by the client prior to bulk manufacturing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if the issue is confirmed by our quality control team.

💰 Refund Options

  • Partial refund (for minor issues)

  • Full refund (in rare cases of confirmed production fault)

  • Replacement shipment (preferred option for bulk orders)

🔁 Refunds, if approved, are processed through the original payment method or adjusted in future orders, depending on mutual agreement.

Inspection & Quality Assurance

Every order goes through strict quality inspection before dispatch. We strongly encourage buyers to:

✔ Review samples carefully before bulk confirmation
✔ Share exact specifications and branding requirements
✔ Request pre-shipment inspection if required

This ensures smooth transactions and eliminates misunderstandings.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Return shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer

  • If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, return or replacement terms will be mutually discussed

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can only be canceled before production starts

    • Once production is initiated, cancellation is not possible

    • Advance payments may not be refundable after raw material procurement
