Frequently Asked Questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ starts at 30 pieces per design. Larger orders (200–1000+ pcs) get better unit pricing.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Digital mockups take 24–48 hours and physical samples take 7–10 days. Bulk production takes 20–30 days after sample approval.
Is the sample cost refundable?
Yes. If the finished product does not match your approved requirements, the sample cost is refunded.
How do you guarantee Pantone color matching?
We work from your Pantone (PMS) codes and match them on a physical sample before any bulk run. You receive photos and the sample for approval, and we make color corrections until you are satisfied. Your approved sample then becomes the standard for the whole bulk order. Because inks, threads and fabrics reflect color differently, we do not promise an identical match on every material, but we confirm the closest achievable match with you before production starts.
How does DDP shipping work?
With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we handle freight and import duties so the goods arrive at your door with no surprise costs. We regularly ship to the USA and Germany.
What are your payment terms?
70% advance payment to start production and 30% balance before shipment.
